That would take too much work :). This was another one of those out of the blue things. I'm glad you like it, yeah well in my case I'm kinda slowly moving and starting the new job so there's not much time for recording nowadays. But I should make some time, I'll work on it :)

Yea, I'm such an asshole - only givin' you four POINT FIVE stars. >:D
For a simple reason.
The metronome slows you down alot. It seems to keep you from going all crazy with these background chords which I actually was waiting for. Don't get me wrong, I like the ending a lot - that's for sure. But you're like in a cage waiting for your great escape if you get what I mean and you usually do. ;)
Pack on 10 or 15 BPM and I'd have nothing to "complain" about. I'm just trying to be honest here.
Overall - good job! Cheers bro!

Haha thanks man! Well the metronome was part of the assignment, though I could have chosen a different speed, as you say... I feel what you mean ;) I guess I set this slow tempo so it would be easy for me to do the assignment but then got carried away recording, as usual..

Since I listened to it several times in "the past" I thought I'd write a review as well.
The piano chords got a bit of jazz in them, nice relaxing synth melody at 0:48 I like that. :)
And the change at 1:14, good work, the song would have been a bit too repetitive without it.

Solid 4/5 - 8/10 - Downloaded on release. =)

It takes me a while to get to where I'm comfortable with singing (in terms of practice, some people can just hit notes almost perfectly while it takes me a while to work up pitch definition to where I need it to be to sound good). But you're right. I really should do more here.

It's a really emotional song with that strong piano and soft strings in the background.
If I would be that special someone...I would believe you.
The singing is just great you didn't miss a single note.

I always love your spontaneous songs, they're funny, long enough, make people smile and you've had fun too. At least...that's what it sounds like. The melody is great, you got the right stuff. ;)
